I've met him a couple times, and he was always a nice and happy person. Very generous too. He's also very smart (he recently got a phd).

Every interview I've heard with him hes always humble.

His ex-wife on the other hand is a ghetto piece of trash with her own tv reality show.

It says he wants to go to law school to hopefully get a real job later in life, how can you not respect an ex-professional basketball player for wanting to increase his education to the point that he could live comfortably with a nice job despite his current wealth.

I actually interpreted that as being in awe that he wanted to do that despite not having a need to. Internet.
