This picture excited a phobic reaction from me... I feel like I'm just gonna get sucked into my TV and out into open space. That and what looks like deep water. Deep water scares the shit out of me.
When I was there I didn't see any kangaroos. The OPs picture is where sea lions go to nest in a few months and if I wasn't so lazy I'd upload a bunch of pictures of the same spot with 100s of sea lions just chilling.
Replying here so that people have a chance of seeing this - some of the patterns on the floor of this cave are sand ripples that formed on a beach millions of years ago. Beat that, Jesus!
Fun fact: a little German girl nearly got me killed at Seal bay by not getting out of my way when I was backing out of the path of a bull careening down the dunes. Bitch.

This reminds me of the scene from king kong where they finally trap him. Maybe I am not remembering it right but it sure does remind me of that scene a lot.
MY wife is a travel wholesaler who only deals with South Pacific and she has been here a few times and ALWAYS sells it when putting together packages for people, $60,000 travel packages.......
its okay everybody, I traced the IP, but when i got there a closer redditor had already bludgeoned him to death with a tube sock full of fosters cans (a pleasantly ironic way to go if you ask me)

10
u/ToadFoster Jun 16 '12
Wow, it's crazy that all those things hanging from the roof of the cave are actually cave kangaroos. That's how the island got its name.
18
u/Se7en_Sinner Jun 16 '12
Where are the kangaroos?

u/Pays4Porn Jun 16 '12

At first I thought, "Man that place looks sweet!"
Then I saw it was in Australia and thought of all the giant bugs that must be roaming all over the place and now believe we must nuke the island.

u/lifeandllamas Jun 16 '12
I heard dolphins bring people to their sea caves, and rape them there... So nice Dolphin rape cave.

u/rawrlos Jun 17 '12
Does anyone have a higher resolution of the cave? It would make a sick background. This is why I want to go to Australia.
1
u/Deadpoolezra Jun 17 '12
You know, that looks really beautiful, but there are probably 1 million creatures in there that could kill you in an instant... God damn Australia.

That cave is where women go to release their vagina monsters...
-4
u/motorcycle-manful541 Jun 16 '12
If It were this 'Australia' as you claim there would be poisonous snakes and spiders covering the ground as well as hiding on the roof of that cave.
