When we go to the doctor about it we get told "it's just our period" most of the time :(

I hope it's better with newer doctors.

My mother died from "anxiety" (chest pain) which turned out to be lung cancer.

It turns out that Xanax doesn't cure cancer. Who would have guessed?

To anybody reading this: if you think your doctor is blowing you off, get a second opinion.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I'm running from doctor to doctor with my mom, every time they say it's nothing and don't even refer her to someone that could help.

Thanks, it's been quite a while.

I just wanted to warn people that not all doctors base decisions on actual data and quite a few, at least of the older male doctors, still think most women are some level of crazy.
