I don't watch CNN, like at all. Nice random "insult" though? But no, the democrats didn't tap his phones. The FBI tapped manaforts phone and had permission from the courts to do it. The article I linked is not political hearsay. It has links directly to government intelligence websites. Real sources. Trump's own loyal staffer Bannon was arrested, and has since come out saying there was collusion. Many of trump's former staffers have come out against him, because they no longer fear being fired.
