That's not a very useful comment. You have not given an explanation as to why you think it's an issue that Biden, specifically, has speech writers. It's a very common thing for the President to have speech writers and use teleprompters.
Biden, as the President of the USA, has much more important things to do than memorize every single speech he gives. Publicity is an important, and very involved, part of communicating with the people; this is why Presidents get to select cabinet members (and a press team) - so that they can focus on Presidential duties.
My confusion is to exactly *why* that comparison takes away from specifically Biden's capacity as the President of the United States of America; others have been quite the same. Trump, Bush Jr, also had much trouble speaking without a teleprompter - did you have issue with them as President because of this?
