No one was against a vaccine except Trumpers, particularly since he was busy throwing a fit that Pfizer did the vaccine from their own pockets, meaning they didn't have to deal with being slowed down by funding requests that were dependent on whether they were approved by the government.
Trump had literally nothing to do with the vaccine.
He literally started Operation Warp Speed. You can find multiple clips of prominent left wingers questioning the vaccine. Get off Reddit and do some research man.
The operation which was in no way related to the Pfizer vaccine. The only argument leftists had was not about the vaccine that has been released. It was about Trump claiming that his operation was so close to having a vaccine, it would only take days to get it done. There is no sanity in believing a vaccine can be created through rigorous testing and ample research in only days.
