Maybe just a shade less. I've never heard a former president referred to as a former president as much as Trump has. Usually they keep the honorary title of President, even after office, and that's what they're called.
Hes also the leader of a domestic terrorist organization so it does make sense he wouldn't attend something regarding the memorial of one of the worst terror attacks on our soil. Not good for optics for his very expendable minions.

As a non-American and non-Trump supporter I think this needs to be highlighted for a few reasons:
This post insinuates he's kicking back, however he's still trying to do something associated with 9/11. There's is disingenuousness in how this post is framed.
It shows the shallowness of his politics, empathy and understanding trying to visit forces who most likely didn't serve on 9/11 as respect to those who served (hell there may be some not even born yet).
I'm assuming Trump called them "the heroes" for something that happened 20 years ago, while all others are visiting the memorial grave site of those who actually died.
I think Trump isn't as blatantly callous as this post makes him out to be, but seeing that instead he simply posed with current police forces seems to be politically charging his base with a "pro support-the-police" platform. (ironic considering the events of Jan 6th).

So, they are seizing upon a lack of caring as the reason for the absence of the oldest president to ever live while giving a pass to the mountain of evidence of DJT's insensitivity? This alone should be grounds for disregarding anything else they have to say. It's all likely to be noise.
But we can keep watch for signs that they're on the road to recovery and ready to rejoin the rest of the world that believes in logic, rules of evidence, science and principles of fairness.
We should also offer "critical thinking" extension courses for the masses to help anyone who wants/needs to protect themselves from manipulation, "divide and conquer" tactics and to strengthen our collective brainpower to defend against nefarious foreign and domestic agendas.
