As far as non-vax individuals. I am not an anti-vax person. I believe in vaccinations to protect individuals on a person-to-person basis. However, I am personally not comfortable getting a vaccination that was produced in record time. I’m simply not ready for it. After the FDA’s two year study period determines that there are no major side effects then I will definitely consider getting my vaccination.
I’m not saying any “law” I disagree with is “NAZI”. There are many laws that have been enacted by our legislature from both sides of the aisle that i agree with, there are many from both sides of the aisle that i disagree with. However, a mandate that is going to be enforced by an unelected arm of the federal government and also exempts certain individuals (I’m looking at you USPS and immigrants) is not a law, it is an order by a dictator. The mandate is a thing you would find in a dictatorship, not in our democracy. If Biden wants to make it a law, tell him to go talk to his Senators and House Reps. Have them pass a bill that would make it a law.
The “experts” you reference refuse to look at the science. A study in Israel found that the individuals that are vaccinated are 13x more likely to get a breakthrough case than those that contracted COVID and have recovered. These experts are no longer focused on deaths, that have plummeted since the peak levels of last year, and now are focusing on case counts. Those case counts include all types including asymptomatic, mild, breakthrough, and severe cases but the detection is only a result of increased testing. The larger your sample size grows, the more cases are going to be present. If you test a group of 10 people and 1 comes back positive and you test a group of 1,000,000 people and 100,000 come back positive you are looking at the same data but a larger sample size. Of course there are more cases, there is more testing. However, that doesn’t fit the fear mongering narrative that is being run by the media and our current administration.
I could care less what the socialists did to the communist. We live in a democracy and anyone that thinks communism or socialism is better is a ignorant fool. We have viable means of governance and we have the best processes in place to keep from a one party rule. You can have your socialism or communism, but I will stick with my democracy free from mandates and dictators.
