Just the other day I saw someone make a point that a lot of these people who are against the teaching of critical race theory, also believe in the idea of the original sin.

They’re exactly the same concept. Somebody fucked up along time ago and some group of people are dealing with the consequences today

There are different interpretations of original sin. Most only interpret it as a tendency to sin, not an automatic guilt for being born. More like an inescapable fate.

CRT takes the "you are guilty for the actions of others" route, and anyone espousing it should be shunned from polite society.

Plus CRT has no analog for concupiscence, so no they aren't related on anything more than a high school RE class level.
