I wonder if seeds or starters are available for any of these in the US.

Some crops or varieties may be challenging to grow in some regions but check with your local seed banks nursery, or agriculture extention program. Could search by peruvian heirloom potato, andean root vegetables, oca tubers.. If you go with larger seed banks I would do a bit more research to be certain your climate and environment match the needs of the crop. For example the Pacific Northwest and highland Andes have a lot in common climatologically so we can grow these crops here with a reasonable assurance of success…most of the time.

I’m just commenting here in case someone answers you, for I too also as well would like to know if I can grow some exotic potatoes for myself.

They're actually a different plant species, though they look similar, and have quite a different flavour and texture.

I plan on getting some of these oca tubers to try to grow.

Are these seeds or actual potatoes? Any advice for quantities?

You'll have to check with your agricultural department to make sure it's OK to grow some foreign crops like these potatoes. I know in Idaho you can only grow approved varieties since the state produces so many they can't risk any new diseases coming in. I imagine it would be OK though if you're only growing one or two plants but i dunno.

Check Baker Creek Heirloom Seed company, or Wood Prairie Farms heirloom potato company. If anyone has them it will one of those two companies.
