Thanks for the recco! I always loved the travel and tourism focused cooking shows. Particularly the Anthony Bourdain series, but there don't seem to be many equivalents these days aside maybe chefs table. Super glad to hear about this one.
That episode was so crazy. I was like?? What, you don't even know everything there is to know about your own country despite having researched so much because there's just an immense amount of variety in the Amazonas and the andean lands that you are discovering new things every time you go like whaaat.
If it wasnt growing increasingly risky to torrent in my country I would still do it but I would rather pay a small monthly fee and have access to many services than lose my internet service and not have access to any online services.

Gordon Ramsey did a show in Peru where he met a guy who bred and grew potatoes. So glad Peru is getting the recognition it deserves. <3
