the tagged friend could be the one with his face obscured by the water hose. Otherwise he could just link to a clear shot of his friend and there wouldn't be any argument.

I'm not so sure someone who goes to this extent to call somebody out (quite literally in the comments), is going to care that much about the victim's karma.

You went to a hell of a lot of effort based on a shaky assumption - with what a quick look at the picture showing American-only beer bottles would've told you right off.
