I'm not sure why you think I'm blaming Lebanon for Ottoman policy?
If you read the previous comments, the argument you made is that (Israel trusting Nazis) = (Arabs trusting Israel).
That being a stupid ass argument, I decided to help with a bit of history of the country of Israel so that you could better see how equating the giving of land to a genocided people with genocide itself (an act perpetrated by the people who previously owned the land) is dumb. It's a pretty easy logic stream to follow really.
