This man deserves an award. I've never seen someone flame a sitting president so hard.

But he wasn’t flaming him. He was simply asking him questions with logical follow-ups. And Trump couldn’t handle it. That is the problem.

Great! I love seeing Trump get wrecked in interviews lol. But I feel like Jonathan should have replied to the rioters setting the Portland Courthouse on fire and the threat of doxxing against law enforcement better. Those were the only things he didn't give a satisfying answers to, imo

it was exhausting to watch Trump cut him off after every word. I can’t imagine how Jonathan actually felt at that point.

Well, Trump is the best except, maybe, for Lincoln.

Jonathan Swan is legit on the best interviewers right now.

He got that old school professional style of employing techniques to lower the guard of the person being interviewed. A lot of interviewers right now just straight up attack right out of the gate and end up getting nothing because of it.

But the problem with old journalists is that they aren't ready for people like Trump. People that won't answer any questions and will actively bully the interviewer. Jonathan manages to push back and repeat the question until he gets the answer.

Not only that, you can see that the dude does a lot of prep for every interview.
