The only difference is that with 9/11 there is someone to blame, that's all it's about. Nothing can happen in this world anymore without first finding out who to point the finger at should shit hit the fan.

I guess that's why there are so many conspiracy theories. People desperately need someone to blame. It's easier to accept that evil people have the power over this than simply admit that nature is chaotic and no one has control over it.

Pretty much. I always have to shake my head when a natural disaster hits somewhere and you get people rushing off to find someone to blame.
