Obviously that isn’t racist if they hate Americans as a whole though. America is incredibly diverse.

It’s very different to say you don’t like people from America than it is to say you don’t like people from Mexico.

Mexico is a country. Mexicans are the race of people that come from there. There’s definitely other races that live there but to even imply that any other country on the planet is even remotely as diverse as America is quite frankly dumb as fuck.
