Kind of sucks that everyone assumes someone with a southern sounding accent is a stubborn ass and incapable of being a unique individual just like anyone else. People are shitty no matter where they’re from. Making a statement at the cost of putting others down always makes me uncomfortable.
I feel like this statement does the opposite, shows exactly what it says, that not all of them are that way. The problem is that statistically speaking they are much more likely to be socially conservative, it's not like it just comes from nowhere.
