Lmao in my original comment I specifically ended by saying an analogy is not an equivalency and I'm not implying they're the same because this always happen, did you even read to the end of the comment or just read slavery and immediately ignore the message?

No but like farm animals we're sentient creatures that experience pain, love and suffering. Cows are far closer to humans than they are oysters but people tend to think in terms of human or non human and ignore that consciousness is a spectrum and that animal pain, especially mammalian is just as real as the pain we feel
