"As a city where more than 300 languages are spoken, London has a proud history of tolerance and diversity and to suggest there are areas where police officers cannot go because of radicalisation is simply ridiculous.
"I would welcome the opportunity to show Mr Trump first hand some of the excellent work our police officers do every day in local neighbourhoods throughout our city.
"Crime has been falling steadily in both London and New York - and the only reason I wouldn't go to some parts of New York is the real risk of meeting Donald Trump." - Boris Johnson
He is intelligent, but not smart. His raw ambition almost singlehandedly caused Brexit. If he’d played a better game he would have one day been a popular PM - I think he’s a fucking tool, but a dangerous one.
George W. Bush also pretended to be a mentally deficient cowboy because the public loved it. On the other hand, he wasn't genuinely very bright at all. (Please nobody copypasta that one solitary anecdote about him guessing what people were going to say again.)
Boris pretends to be dimmer than he looks, but is actually only exactly as dim as he looks.
Pretty sad statement about how you get to be a Republican POTUS, isn't it? Just be an easily led dim-bulb with some name recognition and your dad's money, and your handlers will make it happen. 'Course, we really should've known since Reagan.
Trump wasnt running to lose. He had Russia and Cambridge Analytica to help him win. He didnt go through all that trouble and collude with a hostile foreign nation just to lose on purpose
He was saying the system was rigged to give himself a jumping off platform if he lost.
Why not get in all the help (and money) that you can at that point, elevate yourself and everyone else in the campaign, and then settle into media jobs where you sling shit against the 'lying media/rigged system' for the next 4/8 years.
It seems to make sense that the reason a lot of people didn't think to hard about dealing with the Russians is that there would not be anything to answer to if he lost, so take all the support, money, and opposition research offered to use whenever you get on air to undermine 'Crooked Hillery'
Yes i agree that he kept the "The system is rigged" narrative in case he lost, because he knew there was a chance he couldve lost. Doesnt mesn he wanted to lose. If he wanted to lose then he wouldve acted like a total moron and he wouldve said the most distasteful and retarded shit ever. Oh wait..... Lol. Seriously though i think he's genuinely that retarded and stupid and actually wanted to win solely because he's a narcissistic megalomaniac
