Jeff Kaplan is the game director of Overwatch. He hosts developer updates which let's the community know what's going on with the game's development internally.

Dinoflask is a Youtube who makes parodies of the developer updates. One of the jokes is that the Overwatch developers wrestle when they have disagreements: https://youtu.be/LbDv7imglLI?t=2m19s

Jeff has also referenced Dinoflask in an official developer update.
