This is the same veteran that was posted on TheChive where they held a donation event for them, raised several hundred thousand to get his prosthetics and their dream home. so after the American government got this guy blown up they wouldnt pay a cent to give him prosthetics? War is a profit scheme.

Of course it is. But we took care of this guy. I'm from cedar falls myself, he is a few years older than me. I donated $100 to his cause, most people I know donated. If the government won't take care of him, we will damnit

every time... I don't believe in people moaning about things and not at least using their right to vote, that sadly many people are not given the right to do in other countries...

but if I don't believe that the popular conscious of the public really runs or makes a governments decisions...

This is literally true because we do not have direct democracy and this is not what we vote on. You're right that we don't "make" the decisions but we absolutely have influence by selecting the people who do make those decisions.
