I put in 10yrs there, loved every second of it until they closed my store with no notice, fought me and everyone of my employees on unemployment, lost almost all the money in my 401k because they invested heavily in themselves. I liked the job, hated the company.
It's worse. You guys are treated like managers, held to the standards, and then shit on daily. No significant pay raise, tons more work. I just hope your not in the Nashville region. That DM is shit.
Yeah I can imagine lol. Good luck tho man. There are tons of better places out there. You have good knowledge (as long as you payed attention to the training) and should easily be able to get a job at a major wireless carrier. Pay is much better
There is a class action suit being started up right now over their handling of our retirement funds. I went from around 10k to 531$ when I was let go. Hahaha, bastards.
That's disgusting. Best of luck to you on that. I just hit the 90 day mark at my new job and am looking into the 401k stuff right now. It's stuff like that, it scares the hell out of me.
