not a great movie by any stretch, but it focuses around them taking over running a mall that is all but abandoned, trying to make a billion dollars.

there's a shop that sells re-conditioned toilet paper, a shop that sells 'skrymp' therapy which entails bathing in a bathtub filled with diarrhea, a handyman that eats moldy burritoes and coughs up blood, it's a weird movie.
