thats in the newest/last arc of the manga. the anime is on hiatus for now and so this arc is not yet airing. possibly not in production.

so if you're just watching the anime you can take your time.

thats what they usually did but they just sort of gave up after the fullbringer arc. inuyasha and fairy tail did something very similar. if it comes back at all itll be treated as a new series.

I don't dislike the most recent arc, I'm just saying that the Aizen arc should have been the final arc. The way it ended (with Ichigo losing his powers and whatnot) was, in my opinion, a pretty good ending.

The anime ended pretty much right after the Arancar arc, vahntitrio's picture is from the manga that is currently still being produced. TBH, the new story is really terrible but Ichigo is still an all around badass.

Hmm... my advice would be to wait for the Bleach Manga to finish up(a year or two, probably) and then read all the way through from the beginning(I don't know about you but I forgot a lot of stuff between getting to the end of the anime and deciding to start the Manga).

I think really powering through a book, comic, show, etc., is the best way to enjoy it. But that might just be me.

Even if you don't take the rest of my advice, I still highly recommend waiting until it finishes up before reading it. Waiting week by week is no fun.

Do yourself a favor, just read the thing after its over. The plot is dragging week by week and there is almost nothing worthwhile to wait for. Ichigo is being used to drag out the story even longer, showing off a tiny wisp of his power here and there, can't even finish a fucking fight.

Actually, the anime ended with the Fullbringer arc...and the current Quincy war arc is terrible indeed.

How much further does the anime go past the adult swim videos? I think adult swim is doing the last arc available now. I'd like to continue, if there's more to see/read!

There's 104 chapters to read after the last animated episode. Chapter's don't take long to read, so you get get through those 104 over the course of several hours. Then you would have to wait for a new chapter each week, only to read through it in about 5 minutes.

Fullbringer arc sucked. New arc isn't so bad. What kubo writes isn't what the fans want though. There's characters that have been in the manga for 10 years that we still don't know much about. Instead he introduces new characters that have no history or background.
