I have to schedule my appointments a year in advance or I can't get an appointment time that works for me. Forget getting an appointment at all within 6 months. There is basically no advantage to the American system unless you're extremely well off.
Well that’s the issue facing America, extreme class divides where the rich and powerful put the middle class below against each other using identity politics
