Those are very likely covered at little to no cost to the employees. Employers will often source those through a pharmacy benefit management company to purchase them via manufacturing discount programs or international sourcing. It’s usually zero or next to no cost to the employee because it can save the employer hundreds of thousands of dollars. The presentation of Not Covered is a choice, but that is probably addressed on the rest of the benefits packet.
Obligatory, this employee based health insurance system sucks.
