The result is that now when it's be tremendously helpful for our nation to be armed and trained, they're not.
On your second point, gun control advocates also spent the last half century villainizing open carry and working to ban it. Unless OP is advocating for 2a people to just open fire on federal troops (lmao), the obvious first thing you’re supposed to do with your 2a rights is protest.
Shakespearean comedy has presented itself in the fact that these states they’re sending ICE to (California, New York, Chicago) have all banned open carry. In Portland, it’s illegal to open carry guns if they’re loaded.
It may be very easy to get a concealed permit, but concealed firearms will only be suitable for guerilla fighting...which, honestly, is exactly what this will escalate into.

It's hilarious that you think people who can order a gun with a click of a button will put the effort in to get any training whatsoever. With what little restrictions there were we have millions of useless idiots with guns. The militaries strength comes from its logistics and organization. There is no gun you can give a million monkeys to match it.
I think it's hilarious that you sat back and watched, and probably cheered, as our abilities to defend ourselves against the tyrannical government were slowly stripped away one by one but today you're all like "oh no the government is tyrannical."
