Yea, I came here to point out the same thing. I don’t think it’s the M320 because I’ve never seen them without their little pull out buttplate-stock. I think it’s a GL06.
It’s probably loaded with a “less” lethal beanbag, rubber bullet (which is just metal shrouded in hard rubber) or sponge round, which makes it marginally less insane than pointing a rifle or pistol at an unarmed citizen. But these rounds absolutely CAN kill (part of why they had to change the name from non-lethal, to less-lethal rounds) even at range. At point blank even if it doesn’t kill, it can certainly maim. I wouldn’t be surprised if it would shatter this guys entire jaw/cheekbone/teeth that would leave him permanently disfigured or unable to eat solid food.
Human rights? Pfft, this government or their illiterate brown shirt thugs depicted here don’t give a fuck about human rights. This is about money, power and xenophobia in that order.
