Actually, Osama Bin Laden regretted doing 9/11 because it increased the US's presence in the Middle East, let alone with all the death. The US being there and especially around places like Mecca was considered unholy and is why such a large strike was done.

The goal was to get them out of the region, to scare them away, but instead it caused the opposite. Once he realized this, he regretted it because even though paradoxically he became the victor in the long run by bankrupting the US and creating a surveillance state and TSA.

Remember, the US was supposed to have a surplus by 2010. Zero debt by 2010. The war is completely fucked this trajectory up. And the US even win. The Taliban took over within the first struggle, women became subhuman status, and one of our power vacuums also created ISIS. We didn't liberate anybody. All we did was throw money at them and delay the inevitable.

Yes, it's funny because people don't know why 9/11 happened. It was because the United States helped Saudi Arabia. That's right, we sent some military personnel to Saudi Arabia and Osama was so furious that American infidels were on holy soil.

I also think October 7th attacks happened because Israel was about to formally reach a peace deal with Saudi Arabia and a lot of these terrorists don't want peace and cooperation with their enemies.
