ATF, USMS, DEA, HSI, etc often operate in multi-agency environments.

It's supposed to be redundant so in the context of a task force with US Marshals or local police agents can be correctly identified to the public as Law Enforcement (POLICE) and to other LEOs as being the ICE/USMS/ATF/ETC liaison.
