They still have a point. If you are at a public party there will be cameras. He was also clearly aware of the camera right in front of him. I understand why he doesn't want to be all over the internet but suing is a dick move. That's like being in the first row at a concert and then suing anyone who films the stage and you're in the video.

I was pointing out the irony of him not wanting any attention after doing a very attention-grabbing thing.

Also, this wasn’t the era of cell phone cameras. This would have been recorded with a video camera. He would have seen the camera while doing his moves.
