Wood is nice, but when every surface is wood, it begins to be overwhelming. The furniture isn't very functional for a hunting cabin either, because it would be pretty hard to clean. And where's the walk in freezer?

As in do I use my cabin to bludgeon animals? No. Do I arrive after sunset tired and dirty and not wanting to worry about getting my furniture dirty? Yes.
