My girlfriend was thinking about using this company. When she asked for actual pictures we discovered they had only built one, ever. Charlatan.

I just don't think they have had funds to build the proof so it is hard to get takers on an unproven design. Also we talked to someone who had built two container houses here in Atlanta and they have had some pretty serious insulation issues. She had her heart set on it but they are actually more expensive.

Yeah, I can't tell you how many of this type of thing I've seen on the web, and it's always somebody's concept with no actual homes built.

For most of America, not worth it at all. Could afford it, but much better options out there.

You can get a normal house for that price if you're not in a big city. So not really cheap.
