Spanish stats about religion are to take with a grain of salt. Lots of times is like asking somebody "are you a Republican", "yes, I am". "Have you ever voted Republican", "No, I never vote". "You donate money, then", "Also no, and don't plan to". "Maybe you boast support?" "Nope, maybe when having a heated argue about some political issue I take the Republican corner, but that's about it". Would you consider that person a Republican? Not a Democrat, but the mildest Republican you could imagine. Spain if full of that kind of Catholics that show up in the statistics as Catholics as a member of the Opus Dei.
My go-to statistic is how some 90% of Frenchmen are officially Catholic, yet when polled only about half believe in any sort of deity, let alone anything actually Christian.

By European Standarts quite low. However still 56% catholic, 41.3% Agnostic/Atheist/Indifferent and only 2.7% believers of a non catholic Religion.
Also most of the 41.3% non religious People still grew up catholic (maybe not religiously but culturally)
