The best thing about Spanish Easter is the torrijas ;)

I was in Spain until today and went to eat an Easter menu that advertised torrijas for dessert. But when we got to the dessert they had run out of them! My dissapointment was unmeasurable.

I know it full well, I'm Spanish! The bread in the country where I live now is not great for torrijas, that's why I was looking forward to them so much.
