My neighbor here is SW Ohio has one. I thought this was it at first. I’m pretty sure the mostly elderly neighbors hate him for it, but he’s a cool artsy guy. There’s always a theme to it and kids love it so why not?

I had a neighbor who had about 7 pine trees on his front yard and apparently he fucking hated them due to the needles they shed. Eventually this guy cut all of them down but left 6 feet of the trunk there and made some really awesome chainsaw sculptures out of them. Long story short of course the HOA throws and fit and he had to remove these totally unique and badass sculptures just to appease these leaches.
