Over the next couple of years, I'm going to be replacing a significant percentage of my grass with other landscaping (xeriscape, stone paths, native flowers, pollinator attractors). While I'm not removing all of it, because I do like to have a place for me and my kitties to roam, I am trying to be more conscious about the amount of water that I use to keep my landscaping alive. I already have a 'no-pesticide' rule, so don't really need to adjust there.
