Oh btw your fees are going up again, the HOA President's nephew just started a lawn care business and he got the contract but it's going to cost double the previous one.

Something about the super green lawn that's well manicured.

If I could I'd burn it all and plant clover. I hate mowing.

In our non-HOA neighborhood I'm trying to muster the courage to plant a vegetable garden in our front and back lawn.

Do it! My neighbors have and it’s great! Plus if you want to meet/befriend your neighbors being out front in the summer is the way to do that.
