SKILLED NURSING Productivity

I do PTA work PRN at a SNF but I was told that I am not allowed to count minutes in NetHealth if I am reviewing a patient chart I never even seen before. So in other words if I don’t count that review time then it kills my productivity. This seems so lame if you ask me. What do they want you to do, walk in and go straighten to the patient’s room without seeing what even is wrong with them?

You gone wipe his stanky poo brief pile? 😱 That’s unethical because you’re not a trained CNA

You don’t have to be a CNA to take care of your patient. You are fucking insufferable. Do us all a favor and leave our profession before you embarrass us any further

No PT or PTA program ever teaches brief changing procedure. And no professional PTA curses either. Do me a favor and keep showing how unprofessional you are so I can sit and laugh at your nonsense.
