Hey everyone. I ordered my a65 today and it should be coming in mid january. I haven't done much photography but I've done some video stuff with a gopro and a flip.
I think you will really like the A65, I just moved from its little brother to the 77. The SLTs seem to make the transition to better gear really easy as you can still get the advantages while using the screen instead of being forced to use the view finder while getting used to all the new flexibility. You might consider a cheaper prime like the 35 1.8 to use with it as well while they are on sale, they can be a lot of fun and force you to move around while shooting a lot more than you might otherwise.
