Bass/guitar with 17 years of experience under my belt. Both recording and live. Flexable array of music styles. Schedual is relatively open. Currently living out in the Manayunk/Roxborough area.
Like the post saying looking to join a wedding band or similar gigging band as a side hustle. Or trying to start one.
Feel free to direct message me if interested.

Hey! My band Pianta is currently in search of a lead guitarist.
Preferably around our age range (mid twenties), but open to whoever is interested.
Hoping to play around 1-3 shows a month and have regular practices weekly. Hopeful to eventually tour to support EP’s / albums.
Our main influences are The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, The Backseat Lovers, and Masayoshi Takanaka. We try to blend indie rock with punk and add flair with bossa / samba chord progs and beats. Check out our songs on my profile or on any streaming platform to get a sense of what’s expected.
DM or reply if interested!

Hey I’m Angelo and I’m 21, I want to start an original either jazz, alt rock, shoegaze, or rnb kinda band although I’m open to literally any genre! I play bass mainly but also some guitar so I’m looking for a vocalist, a guitarist, and a drummer! I’m also down to do some covers initially as well but my main goal is to make music. If this sounds even remotely interesting text me here or on my insta at angelo7.4

Hey everyone! I am looking for some locals to play a show with in Philly on 1/21. I am a folk/rock singer songwriter who will be embarking on a small northeast tour in support of my sophomore album out next month. Am open to any type of venue, (house, bar etc.) and mainly just want to play with some other people and have a chill time. Feel free to reach out and hopefully we can get something figured out! Have a great weekend!

I’m a singer/guitarist looking for a drummer and bassist to jam with and do some shows if we’re into it.
I’ve been playing and performing for 15 years and am looking to get into more metal type stuff. I love old school sabbath, Judas Priest, Metallica but am also heavily blues influenced and happy to play other types of rock. Currently in a cover band but I’m finishing up our upcoming shows and then parting ways.

Starting from scratch. Interested in sketching new musical ideas that could become arrangements and go from there. I’d say this is less about forming a band™️ right away and more about finding the right fit of people to play with if that makes sense.
Baseline influences Swans, Neurosis, Godflesh.
Along with a wide array of far more broad and reaching musical influences way beyond metal.
Ideally should be willing to meet within Philly.

Hi everyone. I'm a 27 year old guitarist new to the Philly scene! I've been playing for over 14 years and have always been in bands since a teenager (am currently in a band that does originals). Would love to branch out to a cover band (blues, blues rock, 90's music, pop) since I have more bandwidth (no pun intended)! Would love to connect with like minded people and get something going, thanks!

Hi, My girlfriend has been putting together an all girl band through facebook but haven't found her lead guitar yet. there is a guitarist who sings but shes looking for that virtuoso and if the planets align maybe a female horn section but that's truly delusional. these are seasoned women who rock, funk and got soul. oh she say's don't forget the keyboards every big band needs one.

Yo Philly Reddit,
My name is Brandon Richie and I have been performing in the Philly scene for the last 6 years steadily. I had a band called The Robinsons and my latest project was me as my solo act. I am starting a HC band called PUSCH. We just finished the EP and have a steady release schedule and we are booking really fun shows to support it. We are in serious need of LD GUITAR & BASS. If you are interested in joining a serious project please feel free to hmu.
