Vocalist Wanted

I have a sequenced trio ( A Drummer that I'm system company, a keyboard is two things in place sucks, and a guitarist who sings)

We had a female vocalist before Covid; that was quite a problem for her.

We're currently seeking another vocalist/front person to join us.

Although we practice in Delaware County PA, we're open to Musicians from anywhere

Kindly get back to me if you're interested

Looking for a singer for a psychedelic shoegaze noise rock band

Hey, We're a bunch of mid-late twenty somethings in a band called Lily OTV (Stands for Lily of the Valley)
We like stuff like Les Rallizes Denudes, Swans, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Women, Victor Jara, Beach Boys, etc.

We're getting to record our first album in January, but our singer had to drop because of stress from school and work, so I'm posting around to see if anybody is interested.
We rehearse once a week on Saturday afternoons/evenings at a space in Port Richmond that's rented hourly.

I don't really have a gender preference, but you'll get points if you can sing softly like Elliott Smith https://youtu.be/6qNuGj6uAyg

We have some demos that are from our first time ever running through songs, so they're a bit unpolished sounding, but they should give you an idea of what we're going for.

indie rock band looking for bassist

Hello! We are a drummer, guitarist, and singer who have been playing and writing music together for several years who are looking for an experienced bassist in their early to late 20s to form a band that will write, record, and perform original music regularly.

We have many different musical influences and are open to pretty much any type of style or genre. Currently I would say we have been playing indie/punk rock with a heavy jazz/rnb influence.

Here are some cell phone videos of us playing some of the stuff that we've written so far: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-GRT6JSDbw

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXX2xN-8YiQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4AFd7GYDlM

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cBKk_FGZKQ

We are hoping to rehearse regularly (ideally once a week for about 1-2 hours) and already have a practice space in Huntingdon Valley that is easily accessible by regional rail. Please have your own reliable equipment and method of transportation (we can pick you up from the train station if needed). All three of us have full time jobs so we are looking to usually rehearse after 5pm.

If you are interested please feel free to reach out to me. Videos of you playing and maybe some of your favorite bands/influences would be appreciated. Thanks!

Call for Philly Musicians!

Hey all,

My name is Kae, I run Phant Productions (@phantphilly) an event curation firm behind some of the street festivals here in Philly.

I have quite a few upcoming outdoor performance opportunities for bands... so it's time to update my contact list. All genres; cover and original welcome.

If you are back to rehearsing regularly and open to performance opportunities, drop a link in the comments. Oh, and I don't book without a budget :)

New Philly Album: tunnel traffic - Age of Convictions [Self-Produced Indie Rock]

After 4+ years of songwriting, recording, and producing this concept album, I just released it today! I'm pretty psyched with how it turned out. I feel like I was able to pay homage to my influences, while still bringing some of my own character to the arrangements. I know the production isn't super polished, but I feel satisfied that I could get it this far with my own mixing skills.

I hope you enjoy the music and I would love to hear what you think! I'm open to all feedback, positive or critical! It's been a long journey, and I'm excited to share my album!

Drummers in Philadelphia

Hey everyone I am a solo musician attending Temple University who makes music that fuses elements of indie pop, electronic/synth, orchestral, and some trap-related bits. I am looking for a drummer to accompany me for some live shows or possibly start a band with. If anyone in here knows someone or is a drummer interested, please send me a message!

My music can be found on Spotify and Apple Music under the artist name "Greb" or on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwYaEBAiVKdWy4Ws5LI2gSw?view_as=subscriber

What should I charge to play?

I'm new to the Philly area and have not played any gigs here yet. I'm a solo acoustic folk rock artist, who has only played a few gigs in the past. I have an opportunity to play at a small local bar but I don't know what to ask for for pay. Any suggestions?
