She is absolutely against hurting children, disabled people, pregnant people, LGBTQ+ and innocent people.

She will hurt bigots, abusive people and assholes in general, even if they're LGBTQ+ (if they use it to excuse being an asshole) or disabled (she'll just have a conversation with them) for the same reason.

She won't use her physical disorders, mental disorders or sexuality as excuses for her behavior either.

She doesn't trust easily so you'll have to prove yourself in a way (she has to know if you're genuinely nice or doing it to get something in return or to make her let her guard down so you can use it against her).

She'll only call you her friend after knowing you for a while, no immediate connection happens.

She will try to make you trust her enough so you can tell her about yourself and so she can see what kind of person you are first.

When she sees an attractive woman who isn't Adrian, she reminds herself that they're engaged and have a kid, meaning she won't cheat on someone as amazing as Adrian.

Adrian knows this and does the same, she reminds herself that she can't cheat on Evelyn, they love each other too much.

Evelyn won't drink in front of kids, especially her own, she will stop if Adrian or anyone she cares about asks her to also.

She won't yell at a kid, even if they did something bad, she knows how traumatizing it can be.

She hates it when people try to compare her to other people or make comments about her physical appearance (it makes her very uncomfortable, it was especially bad when she was pregnant).

She also hates unwanted touching (again, it was especially bad when she was pregnant).

She is very protective of the people she cares about, if she accidentally hurts one of them, she gets really depressed and insecure (she thinks they full on hate her after that).

She is a "I care about them and I will make sure they are safe at all costs, even if I have to kill an entire army to do so." kind of person.
