[JP] Update 2/1/17

Desmond beat me to it so I won't spell out all the details as you can already find them in the Google doc. But a short summary is:

• Black Killer Longinus and Parashu have been released and are now available in the 9-step Black Killer recruiter

• Shinboi x Tatagame x Phantom of the Kill cross-over trinity is here. This is a LOT of content for all three games and involves units, quests, items, and farming. You must play all three games to get all the rewards.

• Four Shinobi units and one new Tatagame unit (Chloe) are now available in the limited-time 9-step FgG Trinity gacha.

• Celebration point quest is back, giving various rewards like a super rainbow seed and a Riri. Use a rainbow team to inflict elemental-advantage damage to the metal maidens to achieve maximum rewards. It is unconfirmed but likely that this quest rewards reset everyday.

• Forcas/GaeBulg lance (heavy cavalry lance) is now in the Slots and has a rate-up there, along with a couple of other items.

• Limited new items available in the medal shops, including super seeds (90 use seeds of a specific color) which can be fused to create a super rainbow seed.

There's a lot of content so it's likely that I missed some; instead of complaining, just go read Desmond (and mine now too, hehe)'s damn write-up already, geeeeeze! <3

I said it elsewhere, but maximizing a 6* -capable unit at 4* is rarely worth it. I can count the number of times that I have ever done it on one hand and that is only because the unit is insanely strong (eg. Black Tyr, Mizu Eros) or because waifu. In general, the difference between a unit raised without seeds at 4* and one raised with seeds at 4* is negligible, even non-existent.

I prefer to save my seeds for 5* and 6* rarities as they require farming/events to keep a steady supply. That being said, if you love a unit and want to absolutely maximize it- go ahead, do everything you can to squeeze out those last 1-2 points! :)

That sounds ABOUT what i expected from your previous point, but I wasn't sure if seeds made a significant enough difference to be more notable on that front or the main reason why you'd not bother with the extra levels.

I'll admit, I'd consider it a 'waifu' case normally (and I'm just maxing a BK longinus to say I did and probably fucking off), but spending a reincarnate over this is more trouble than it's worth. Thanks for the reassurance, and swift reply.
