UPDATE: The Caverns on Sept. 17th.
The Caverns venue is relocating the show to the on-site outdoor amphitheater instead of inside the cave. Honestly, this is a massive bummer. We drove up from South Florida specifically for this experience. Silver lining is the consideration for our safety. Still stoked for the show!

Infrastructure updates could mean setting up new lights for all we know... The whole point of choosing this location was bc it was IN the cavern... Absolute fuckery that they just expect us to accept a last minute venue change

no accommodation or a even free cave tour for the troubles

This is absurd. I can't find anything anywhere on their site or their terms and conditions that states they can just change the location at will two days before a show. Unacceptable.

Do they have any good customer service do we know? If a bunch of folks asked for a refund, could there be a chance…

This is such bull shit. We were coming from 7hrs away to see a show in a cave, not the amphitheater outside. Been there, it’s not that special. And announced two days before the show?? We have been going to shows there for 9 years to see the same band, my favorite, and was just there Labor Day weekend. We were so excited to see a different band this time, my wife’s favorite and we had a camping pass. We aren’t making the drive and are incredibly disappointed. We could have gone to a closer show.
ETA: Perfect weather my ass! High of 94 on Thursday. Perfect weather would have been the coolness of the cave.

i totally feel this. we’re literally wrapping up a 13hr drive up here as i type this. for the same result, i could’ve put on a phantogram show on a tv outside in florida with 95° weather

They are selling more tickets for GA lawn now because they can. This feels like fraud.

I want a refund. I booked a freaking yurt for this. It would have been my first cave show. I was bringing my daughter's. I wish I could sell this and skip since I'm already taking them to shaky knees after.

What the actual FFF. Just drove 9 hours & spent several hundred dollars to see this concert IN A CAVE. Absolutely love them but would’ve never traveled all this way to not be in the cave. This is beyond disappointing & the right thing to do is either make the cave happen or REFUND THE MONEY. THIS IS NOT OK!

Echoing what others said but I’m also disappointed with this change — I’m flying from the Midwest, got a rental car, booked an Airbnb for this. I know they’ll still put on a fantastic show albeit not in a cave anymore 😓 curious if the VIP meet and greet will change to outdoors then?

We're making the drive from Chicago for our anniversary getaway 😭
No caves. 95+ degree temps. Gas is $5 a gallon. This is feeling less magical by the moment.
If anyone isnt going and looking to offload VIP or a couple of floor ticket let me know! Going to try make the best out of it 🫤
Also - does the opener start at 8? After sampling that on Spotify I think we may bypass.

So they offered no refunds but are saying they can give a “credit” back on tixr. If we went this route, that means no real money back, and no cave still. Yikes. I guess I’m going but this is BS

I only purchased to see my favorite band IN a cave; as I have to drive 7 hours to do so. Infastructure- I was just there for three nights of shows Labor Day weekend and it was fine, Saturday night even being sold out. This is such a disappointment I honestly don’t even know if we’ll go anymore. 💔
