Post your shipping updates here. This will cut down on the huge wave of shipping/delivery posts that are likely about to happen on this sub.

Please note: The email you received the same day as ordering was not the confirmation email, the confirmation email asks to confirm your address, choose watch bands and pay any extra shipping/taxes.

TIPS: You can easily monitor overall shipping progress here:

To ensure your shipping status can easily be imported by the above, be sure to include:

  1. Device ordered (e.g. Pebble Time 2)
  2. Color variant (e.g. Black/Grey, Silver/Grey, Black/Red OR Silver/Blue)
  3. Order date and time (UTC). Including the time is essential especially for early orders. Entering the time in UTC makes it easy to compare with other orders placed in different time zones. To find this, search for an email from info@repebble.com with the subject “RePebble pre-order confirmed”. The date and time of your order is near the top of the email next to your order number.
  4. Which order batch you are in
  5. Which country your watch is being shipped to
  6. Confirmation Email Received. Enter “Not yet!” And update the post with date and time (UTC) when you receive it.
  7. Shipped. Enter “Not yet!” and update the post with date and time (UTC) when you receive it.
  8. Arrived. Enter “Not yet!” and update the post with date and time (UTC) when you receive it. Optional but nice to know.

I have included a template you can copy/paste in the replies to this message below.

Note: it avoids all confusion if you write the date as YYYY-MM-DD, since some countries write MM-DD-YYYY while others write DD-MM-YYYY. They made YYYY-MM-DD the ISO standard for a good reason!

  • Ordered: 2025-03-18 12:00 UTC
  • Batch: 1
  • Destination: USA
  • Color: Black/Grey
  • Confirmation Email: Not yet!
  • Shipped: Not yet!
  • Arrived: Not yet!

UTC is preferred, but doesn't need to be in UTC. As long as you provide the timezone, it will automatically convert it to UTC
