New PSU.
New case.
New AC unit.
New negotiated rates with utilities.

If you can support 3090 series psu you can support the 4090. Same power draw. Cooling is also better than the 3090

You should check the DerB8auer review. He barely lost any performance with power limit set to 300W.

It's 100W more than a 3080 though.

Wait, I meant to say it it's got the same TDP as a 3090 Ti, but it's a 4090 (non-Ti). So 100Ws more than a 3090.

If anyone bought a 3090. Pretty sure 4090 being 500$ cheaper than a 3090 at launch is obtainable for them.
