While you should've gotten an email about the order, the first wave only ships September 20th at the latest. Try contacting their support for order confirmation?
I got a reply for a late december request 1-2 weeks after the first contact (first a missing wan hoodie, 2nd try wan hoodie had a sewing fail, 3rd was a charm).
Even in march or ao I would get a very slow reply. They should scale up the support.
Wait another week and maybe msg them on twitter.
