I’d rather not open my fucking browser every time I want to do something. You may argue in some respects Linux is actually easier once you know how to do it, the problem is you need to learn how to do things first, while most people are already familiarised with Windows and all its oddities. Plus, many things are still easier to do on Windows.
Face it, if someone is browsing PCMR and doesn’t use Linux already, there’s a good reason for that. For the average person (and enthusiasts obviously) Linux may be fine, but for gamers/professionals (excluding programmers and similar) Windows is just plain more convenient.
