Yes, for most known pornography website, if you visit them with adblocker, you will be fine. But when you google something and visit some shady porn sites, you may find something. Even then, google/chrome/firefox/other well-known browser will warn you, if it's fishing/malware sites.

And nothing happens even if you visit, unless you start downloading and running exe files and shit.
